Benefits of Tara Scuppernong Grapes
The tara muscadine is a self-fruitful variety that produces large, bronze grapes. Vine vigor and yield are moderate, so it can easily be pruned to allow more space for other varieties to grow. While its flavor is fairly good for fresh eating, we recommend it primarily as a pollinator for all-female flowering varieties. Zones 7–10.
