Sprouts/Microgreens
How long does it take to grow sprouts and microgreens?
Bean and alfalfa sprouts can be ready for harvest in about 3-5 days while microgreens are ready for harvest in just 1-2 weeks. Both sprouts and microgreens can be grown indoors, making them ideal for growing in the spring, fall and winter months. Both sprouts and microgreens are delicious for snacking and adding to sandwiches, salads and other recipes.
