While shipping schedules across the country are being affected by COVID-19, we are still shipping orders daily. As you can imagine, however, the health and safety of our staff is still priority and measures like social distancing do affect the efficiency of our fulfillment center.
With that in mind we ask for your patience and understanding as some ship dates may change unexpectedly or be delayed. However, we are confident that your order will be shipped.
A few other things to keep in mind:
- For live goods, delivery to your zone is based on temperature. For the health of your plants, we do not ship if it's too hot or too cold.
- Some inventory is on backorder due to high demand, which can delay some items.
- Many postal carriers are experiencing delays, but we're working with vendors to ensure a timely delivery to our customers.
