A standout among ornamental grasses, handsome and versatile little bluestem has a naturally upright profile and stays about waist-high. So you can add it to flowerbeds, where its beautiful soft-blue hues will flatter all sorts of flower colors. Clump-forming, stays where you put it. Or count on its extra-substantial blades to form an attractive, low-maintenance screen in larger areas. Widely adaptable, grows well in most soils. And in fall, when everything else is fading, it turns brilliant orange, pink-red, and yellow—wow!

Performs best in full sun. Reaches 3-4 feet tall, half as wide. Zones 3-8. PP25202
