This was the very first dark blue hybrid popcorn, and it's still one of our favorite dark blue popcorns. It offers higher vigor, larger ears, uniform color and better production than the older open-pollinated strains. It pops up better, too. Its large kernels are tender and flavorful, not small and chewy like most blue open-pollinated popcorns. To avoid cross pollination, popcorn should be isolated from other types of corn in the garden. 100-120 DAYS.
