A great tomato for home gardeners, Big Beef Hybrid delivers high yields of great-tasting fruits on easy-to-grow, disease resistant plants. An All-America Selections winner, Big Beef Hybrid bears red, beefy 10 to 12 oz. fruits that have a true old-time tomato flavor. The fruits are super for slicing and salads. The plants exhibit hybrid vigor and outstanding disease resistance and can produce for months. The indeterminate plants grow up to 8 ft. tall and require staking. Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August.
