Albo Marginata Hosta

A great variety for edging shaded walkways or brightening perennial beds, Hosta Albo Marginata features emerald-green leaves edged in white. Its fragrant, lavender flowers open above the foliage in late summer to early fall. Growing 18-24" tall, this popular hosta is ideal for naturalizing, providing sparkling color for years. Hosta lilies, sometimes called "Plantain" or "Heart Lilies," are some of the best perennials for shade and woodland gardens. These shade-loving perennials are tolerant of a wide variety of soil types, but prefer well-drained soil.
