Crunchy, flavorful pickles start with great cucumbers—and Super Max Hybrid Pickling Cucumber produces cukes that are very attractive, blocky and hold up well to pickling, never getting soft or mushy. The fruits have the darkest green skin that we've found in a pickling cucumber along with very few seeds and a dense flesh for a toothsome crunch. The juicy flesh is mild with undertones of cool melon flavor—perfect for your favorite pickle recipe. The vines produce fruits that are a consistent shape and size, so they pack into jars easily and look attractive. 50-70 DAYS.
