Silvia Hybrid is our top choice for small spaces. The very compact plants grow just 18-24 in. tall. But don't let their short stature fool you. The green sprouts are tightly packed on the stalk with 45-50 sprouts per stalk. This early maturing variety produces sprouts that are packed with nutrition, including fiber, vitamins A and C, and other minerals. They're flavorful roasted, sautéed or steamed. For the best, sweetest flavor, we recommend harvesting Silvia Hybrid Brussels Sprouts after frost in the fall. 140-145 DAYS.
