Yukon Gem Potato

Improved Disease Resistance and Yields

  • Early season, all-purpose potato
  • Rich, buttery flavor
  • Tan skins and yellow flesh
Early. If you like Yukon Gold, you'll love this delicious all-purpose potato. Same rich, buttery taste as its famous father, but with improved disease resistance and a higher yield. Truly a gem of a spud, it features a moist yellow flesh and shallow pink-shadowed eyes. Golden tan skin is thin and ideal for cooking. Makes a great bake or delicious mash.
