This beet has it all—gorgeous coloring, perfectly round shape and a rich, sweet flavor. An ideal beet for growing in container, Pablo is very productive and quick to mature. Harvest at the baby beet stage for salads and other recipes. Even as it grows to maturity, Pablo resists becoming woody. Beet greens are also flavorful and add color to salads, soups and sandwiches. Beet seeds grow best in rich, sandy soil, and can be directly sown into the garden about 30 days prior to the last spring frost. 49 DAYS.
