Compact vine takes center stage when it bursts into bloom in late spring to early summer. The large, velvety, vivid red flowers cover the plant from top to bottom—and then it repeats the floral show again in late summer. Growing 4-6 ft. tall, Nubia^™ Boulevard^® Clematis is ideal for container gardening—or plant it in the garden where it can crawl through the perennial border. This manageable vine requires pruning just once a year—and it's easy to train to a trellis. Grows best in full sun to partial shade.
