A taste-test winner in our melon trials, Sugar Cube Hybrid Cantaloupe produces personal-sized, 2 lb. fruits with a high, 14% sugar content, deep orange flesh and a small seed cavity. A top performer for disease resistance in our melon trials, Sugar Cube Hybrid Melon produces high yields of uniform fruits with netted skin and no suture. Excellent shelf life. Melon seeds can be direct-seeded into the garden after the last frost has passed or started indoors and transplanted to the garden. Approx. 10 seeds per pkt. 80 DAYS.

Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.
