  • Round, reddish orange fruits with smooth texture
  • Ideal for Southern growers
  • Good for smaller spaces
Fuyu Gosho Persimmon produces very large, round to semi-oblong fruits that are bigger than Fuyu Jiro and equally as delicious. The attractive, reddish-orange fruits have a smooth texture and are non-astringent—and they are delicious fresh, dried or cooked. Fuyu Gosho Persimmon Tree is smaller than some American varieties. The trees mature at 10-14 ft. tall, making them a good fit for gardeners with smaller spaces. The fruits ripen in November. A top choice for Southern gardens, Fuyu Gosho Persimmon is cold hardy to zone 7.
