Its purple to pink-hued flowers open at night and the clove-like fragrance seems to float in the night air, creating a restful and calm feeling. We suggest planting them near a patio or deck where you can delight in their fragrance while sitting outside in the evening. These annuals are native to the Mediterranean regions and prefer well-drained soils with moderate moisture. Growing 12-18 inches tall, they're easy to fit into mixed flower beds. They perform best in full sun to partial shade. Evening Scented Stock is part of the Parfum de Bloom™ series. The varieties in this series are reliably, powerfully and delightfully fragrant.
