Delivering a profusion of gorgeous blooms from early to midsummer, Cloudburst Clematis is the ideal perennial for landscapes in need of a bold shot of color and vertical interest. Watch as the glorious purple-blue blooms scramble up a well-placed arbor, trellis or garden gate to create a bright and cheerful floral display. Clematis can also be used as a unique flowering ground cover that spreads quickly across bare sites in the garden or landscape. Flowers are quite large, growing 4-5 in. across, and feature a slight wave at the edges. Cloudburst blooms on both old and new wood, so you can prune as often as you like to promote better blooming.

Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.
