Snowball Cauliflower Seed

Heavy Yields of White Heads

  • 6 to 6 1/2 in. heads
  • Pure white heads
  • Large wrapper leaves
  • Self-blanching
  • Heavy yields
A great choice for Northern and Southern gardens, Snowball Cauliflower reliably produces heavy yields of 6-6 1/2 in., pure white heads, or curds. Its large wrapper leaves protect the heads from the sun. A self-blanching variety, Snowball Cauliflower does not require tying the leaves to protect the heads. Cauliflower is a cool season crop, and most gardeners start seeds indoors in the spring and transplant to the garden. When growing, keep in mind that cauliflower is more sensitive to the cold than others in the cabbage family. Can also be planted as a fall crop. 65-75 days.
