This French-type melon checks all the boxes: exceptional texture and flavor, a long shelf life and disease-resistant vines. Charentais types are world-renowned for their eating quality—and Anna's Charentais Hybrid Cantaloupe delivers with 2-3 lb. fruits that are packed with a super-sweet, gourmet flavor, a firm, deep orange flesh and an aromatic fragrance. The fruits can be stored at room temperature for six or more days and for up to 18 days when refrigerated! The vines are highly resistant to Fusarium wilt and exhibit intermediate resistance to powdery mildew. This melon performs best under sunny, warm summer growing conditions. 78-90 DAYS.
