You don't find this pink color in onions often, especially in storage onions—and its flavor is as delicate as its coloring. Blush Hybrid Onion produces beautifully round, 3-4 in. globes with attractive, brownish-pink, strong skins and light purple to pink internal rings. Its flavor is sweeter and milder than most long-term storage onions we've grown. A long day onion variety, it's well-suited to northern gardeners. It's easy to grow and has excellent storage capabilities. A well-adapted variety, Blush Hybrid Onion will add flavor to Middle Eastern dishes, soups and stews. 110 DAYS.
