Pumpkin Apple Crisp 🍂

Ingredients:
For the filling:
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced thin
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp flour (to thicken)
For the topping:
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8” x 8” baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, apples, brown sugar, flour, and spices. Spread evenly in baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Cut in butter with a fork until mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping evenly over the filling.
- Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
