Lucy™ Glo Apple Tree

Remarkable red-fleshed apple with a sweet-tart flavor

Meet Lucy™ Glo—a remarkable apple that's red on the inside! Part of the Lucy™ family of apples, Lucy Glo is a cross between a Honeycrisp and Airlie Red Flesh Apples. These naturally red-fleshed apples gained popularity in grocery stores in 2022, and now you can grow them in your own backyard. Not only will you enjoy truly remarkable apples each fall, you'll also be wowed each spring by uniquely red apple blossoms.

Lucy Glo has blushing gold skin and eye-catching pinkish-red flesh, perfect for jazzing up salads and desserts. You can also juice them for a lively and unexpected pink drink.

For decades, apple lovers have been intrigued by red-fleshed apples but were underwhelmed by their flavor and texture. The Lucy Series is different. Inheriting traits from its Honeycrisp heritage, Lucy Glo has a wonderful complex flavor that starts out slightly tart and finishes sweet.

You'll also want to check out Lucy™ Rose. Another Lucy variety, it features a red outer skin and a sweet berry flavor.

Why buy a Deluxe package - Deluxe fruit trees include 2 oz. of Fruit-Boost™ Pelletized Calcium to enhance fruit quality, 12 oz. bag of Fruit Tree Food Starter Formula, easy-to-use tree ties (see video below), a premium tree guard to protect the trunk from gnawing pests, mowers and weed trimmers.
