This exceptional Roma tomato produces heavy yields of elongated, meaty fruits with few seeds, a smooth texture and a rich, sweet taste. Because Roma tomatoes contain less moisture than many other varieties, they are a favorite for making sauces, canning, chopping into salsas and dehydrating for sun-dried tomatoes. For optimal flavor, allow your tomatoes to ripen on the vine. This sturdy indeterminate variety does best in full sun. Expect approximately 72 days to mature.
