Gorgeous color mix of green and red-purple varieties produces sweetly flavored bulbs. This mild-flavored mix does not have the spicy, cabbagelike flavor that other kohlrabi varieties have. It produces 4-5 in. round bulbs with a refreshingly crisp and juicy texture. Sweetie Hybrid Mixed Kohlrabi is excellent for eating raw on vegetable platters, slicing into salads or grating into slaws. Kohlrabi can also be roasted, cooked into soups and other recipes, and used in stir-fries and sautés. A cool season vegetable, it's ideal for growing in the spring and fall gardens. 55 DAYS.
