The 5-7 in. long, shiny ivory fruits have silky, tender, snow-white flesh and a sweet, mild flavor. It can even be eaten raw! If picked at the smaller stages, no peeling is required. The plants grow 22-28 in. tall and produce well, even in cooler growing areas. 70-75 DAYS
