Newer variety offers fragrant, pink blossoms in mid to late spring. Unlike other lilacs, Rosie Beach Party has a low chill factor, requiring fewer hours of cold to flower the following season. Also exhibits mildew resistance. Grows 8-12 ft. tall. Plant in full sun. Zones 4-10. PPAF.

  • Height: 8 - 12 feet
