Crunch-A-Bunch Apple and Brussels Sprout Slaw Chef Katie O'Reilly

Crunch-A-Bunch<sup>™</sup> Apple and Brussel Sprout Slaw


  • 4 Crunch-A-Bunch apples cut into matchsticks
  • 1 lb brussels sprouts sliced thin
  • 2 limes juiced
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, brussels sprouts, cilantro and green onion.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together both oils, vinegar, lime juice and soy sauce.
  3. Add the liquid dressing to the apple and brussels sprout mixture, salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Suggestions: Incredible served with pan-roasted salmon, arctic char or grilled scallops.
