If you’re after a showstopper, Cornzilla is the ticket. Massive, 10-12 in. ears dwarf typical sweet corn and turn heads the moment you pull them from the stalk. This is corn grown for size, spectacle and pure garden novelty—the kind of harvest that sparks conversations, photos and county-fair pride.

The oversized ears are packed with golden yellow kernels and solid tip fill, delivering a pleasant, classic sweet corn taste and crisp texture. While Cornzilla isn’t bred to compete with gourmet flavor winners, it more than delivers where it counts: unmatched ear size and visual impact, with flavor that’s enjoyable fresh off the grill and dependable for freezing or canning. As an (sh2) super-sweet hybrid, Cornzilla converts sugars to starch more slowly than traditional sweet corn, so harvested ears store well for over a week and hold up nicely after processing.

To maintain eating quality, avoid cross-pollination with other corn types like (su), (se), or (sy). Separate different types by at least 350 ft., or stagger planting by 12-14 days. Expect approximately 76 days to mature.
