With a mix of Japanese plum and cherry-plum heritage, Sprite Cherry-Plum gives you a fun twist that’s different from ordinary plums—smaller, snackable fruit and a bright, sweet-tart flavor that eats more like a cherry. A midseason crop, Sprite ripens from mid-July to early August. Ripe fruit holds on the tree for 3-4 weeks, giving you ample time to harvest. It’ll adapt to a wide range of climates, making it perfect for backyard orchards. Requires a pollinator—we recommend the cherry-plum Flavor Delight—and 400 chill hours.
