Add visual appeal to raw vegetable trays, salads and cooked recipes with Rainbow Hybrid Carrot Seed. It's not a blend, but rather one variety of seed that produces three distinct carrots. Orange is full of rich carrot flavor. Yellow is delicious and extra sweet. White is tender and mild. Harvest early for baby carrots or late for 8-10 in. roots. They're good carrots for cooking, canning and fresh eating. Because carrot seed can be slow to germinate, we recommend sowing radish seeds with carrot seeds. Radishes germinate and mature more quickly than carrot seeds, so they mark the rows and conserve space in the garden. 75 DAYS.
