Has a high resistance to insects and disease, withstands heavy traffic and lots of kids, is extremely tolerant of shady spots, and has exceptional turf-forming qualities. Adaptable to a wide range of soils from light and sandy to heavy and clay. Seeding rate is 1 pound per 500 square feet.
