One of the most popular snow peas among home gardeners, Oregon Sugar Pod II Snow Pea bears up to 4-inch, flat pods that are sweet and crunchy when sautéed, steamed or added to stir-fry. The pods freeze well, too, with no loss or color or flavor. To keep the plants producing, harvest the pods every few days. Peas are a cool season crop and perform best in the spring and fall gardens. The plants exhibit resistance to mosaic virus, powdery mildew and wilt. 68 DAYS.
