Burgundy Hybrid Sprouting Broccoli is a vigorous “cut and come again” variety and the only sprouting broccoli bred to produce reliably in the summer months. Instead of pulling the whole plant after the first harvest, you simply snip the tender, deep-purple florets, which encourages the plant to push out new side shoots. With regular picking, Burgundy sprouting broccoli can be cut six times, providing a steady harvest for 6–8 weeks or more, depending on growing conditions.

Burgundy Hybrid Sprouting Broccoli produces uniform, sweet green stems and dark florets that are 2-4 in. across. The tender shoots and heads add wonderful color and flavor to veggie trays and are also great roasted, steamed or grilled. The upright, vase-shaped plants are very productive and reliable. This sprouting broccoli is as easy to grow as it is delicious. 70 DAYS. This variety is protected under U.S. Patent No. US 8,921,644.
