Very tender, good for containers.

Vibrant yellow to golden, smooth, globe-shaped roots with little or no heat-induced zoning. Medium-sized beets require less growing space than other varieties, good for container growing. Flavor is mild, sweet and delicious. Especially tender. 54 DAYS. Seed Counts: 1 oz. of beet seeds contains about 1,200 seeds and sows a 100-ft. row.

We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August.
