Summer Snowflake Viburnum

Months of Blooms

Summer Snowflake Viburnum bursts into bloom in mid spring—and its white, lacecap-type flowers continue to bloom sporadically throughout the summer and sometimes into fall. A versatile, upright deciduous shrub, it also bears red fruits that mature to black. Birds like to feast on the berries. Growing 3-5 ft. tall, this native shrub is vigorous and thrives in well-drained soil. Can be grown as a specimen plant or grouped together as a foundation planting or hedge. Performs best when planted in full sun to partial shade. Zones 5-8
