One of our favorite carrots, Sugarsnax Hybrid Carrot has gorgeous, smooth, long and dark orange roots and a flavor so sweet that you'll be tempted to pull one up and eat it every time you walk by. Its super-sweet roots are loaded with beta carotene—and they're delicious in salads, raw vegetable platters, cooked, frozen or canned. To harvest these sweet and crunchy carrots, we recommend loosening the dirt around the roots before pulling them up—or digging up the roots. To conserve space in the garden and mark carrot rows, plant radish seed alongside carrots. Radishes germinate and mature quickly. 68 DAYS

Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.

In all cases, we choose the fastest, most efficient way to send your orders via the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. Large orders or large items may be shipped to you in multiple packages.
