Southern Giant Curled Long Standing Mustard Green Seed

Very bolt resistant!

  • Milder flavor than other varieties
  • High bolt resistance
  • Upright plants make harvest easy
Leafy greens are a welcome springtime treat—and this is one of our favorite mustard greens. Southern Giant Curled Long Standing Mustard Green has a milder, spicy-mustard flavor than other varieties. Its heavily curled leaves on upright plants make harvest easy, and its high bolt resistance extends the picking season. This is an excellent performer in all areas of the South. Packed with vitamins A and C, mustard greens are best-tasting when harvested young. This cool season crop can be grown in the spring and fall gardens. For a continuous harvest, plant seeds about every two weeks. 45-50 DAYS
