Okra-Dokra Hybrid Okra
Early Maturing and High Yielding
Early maturing variety produces high-quality, dark green pods until frost. Growing 3-4 ft. tall, Okra-Dokra Hybrid Okra is smaller than many other okra varieties. Its attractive, vigorous plants produce high yields. A long-time favorite in Southern gardens, okra can also be grown in the North. Harvest pods when they are young, tender and about 3 in. long. Overly mature pods should be removed and discarded. This will encourage new pod production. Okra is excellent when roasted, grilled, tossed into stir-fries, and of course, used in gumbo and jambalaya. 40-42 DAYS.
