Lilac Primrose Lilac

Unusually Colored Lilac

A twist on the beloved lilac, Primrose Lilac produces enormous trusses of creamy white to pastel yellow flowers that open in late spring, perfuming the air with sweet scent. Slightly blue-green, heart-shaped leaves provide a pretty backdrop for the flowers. Growing 8-10 ft. tall with a 10-12 ft. spread, this shrub grows best in well-drained soil. Its pastel yellow color is more intense when Primrose Lilac is grown in cooler conditions and with protection from intense sun. Cold hardy. Attracts pollinators. Grows best in full sun. Zones 3-7. Potted.
