Early Blue & Sunrise Honeyberries

Even Better than Blueberries

Start fruit season with intensely flavorful honeyberries. They're easy to grow and produce wonderfully flavored, sweet-tart berries. Our research team describes the flavor as "blueberries with an attitude." Sunrise and Early Blue don't have the bitterness sometimes found in other varieties. The fruits ripen just ahead of strawberries in late May-June. Because they are early-ripening, there are virtually no pests or diseases that bother the fruit—and no sprays are needed. Resistant to leaf burn. Sunrise is the more vigorous than Early Blue and grows 3-4 ft. tall. It's our top recommendation for production. Because another variety is needed for pollination, we recommend Early Blue, a less vigorous plant that grows 2-3 ft. tall. Early Blue will pollinate three Sunrise Honeyberry plants. Bareroot. Zones 3-8.

Honeyberry Bundle—Three plants that'll bear lots of delicious honeyberries. Includes two top-producing Sunrise Honeyberry plants and one Early Blue, an excellent pollinator.
