Glaskin's Perpetual is perfect for late-season harvesting due to its low concentration of oxalic acid. So, you'll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor well into the summer or winter, depending on when you plant. Self-pollinating. Hardy in zones 3-8.

Plants will be shipped at the proper planting time for your area of the country using the shipping timeframes outlined below. We continually monitor weather conditions for extreme hot or cold and adjust shipping schedules as needed. Due to hot weather conditions, we are unable to ship most plant items in July and August. Items that are overweight will require an additional shipping charge depending on weight.

Color: white flowers with a green tinge.
Size: No. 2 Bareroot
Zone: 3-8

Flower Form: Flower stalks can reach up to 6' tall with small greenish white to red flowers.
Soil Requirements: Well-drained, rich, loamy soil that is fortified with compost or well-rotted manure. PH between 5.0 and 7.0.
Growth Rate: Moderate to fast.
Pruning: Harvest: light picking may be taken the first year. The following years the entire plant may be harvested. Cut the stalks at the soil line. All stalks maybe harvested at one time.
Foliage: Huge leaves topped with tall stalks of white flowers with a green tinge.
