  • Depth:Plant divisions 3 - 4 inches below the soil surface. Plant early Spring or Fall.

  • Color: white flowers with a green tinge.

  • Flower Form: Flower stalks can reach up to 6' tall with small greenish white to red flowers.
  • Soil Requirements: Well-drained, rich, loamy soil that is fortified with compost or well-rotted manure. PH between 5.0 and 7.0.
  • Growth Rate: Moderate to fast.
  • Pruning: Harvest: light picking may be taken the first year. The following years the entire plant may be harvested. Cut the stalks at the soil line. All stalks maybe harvested at one time.
  • Foliage: Huge leaves topped with tall stalks of white flowers with a green tinge.
