Erin Bush Bean
An Improved Version of Blue Lake
Erin Bush Bean offers better flavor and higher yields than the popular Blue Lake Bush Bean. The 6 in. pods have a delicious, old-time green bean flavor, a tender texture, attractive light green color and are slow to develop seed. Growing 12-18 in. tall, the bush bean plants are more compact than Blue Lake. For best results, sow the bean seeds 1 in. apart, with 24-36 in. per row. Thin the plants to 2-3 in. Snap or bush beans are excellent for fresh eating, in salads and cooked. A 2-oz. packet of bush bean seeds sows a 25-ft. row. 2 oz. per pkt. 57 DAYS.
