Its outstanding, gourmet flavor makes Dixie White Butterpea a favorite among home gardeners. Growing 24 inches tall, the plants have a bush habit and produce mid-sized, up to 3-inch long pods with about 3-4 seeds per pod. Sometimes called a gourmet lima bean, Dixie White's seeds are excellent for fresh eating or for drying. This variety can really handle the warmer climates, and the plants exhibit some tolerance to drought. 75 DAYS.
