Champagne Elegance Reblooming KickStart™ Iris

An early and sophisticated start

  • Reliable, disease resistance and gorgeous
  • Guaranteed first-year flowers
  • A strong, reblooming variety
Champagne Elegance is a very reliable performer—it's won awards for its show, and when planted in full sun it has exceptional disease resistance. The flowers are lovely, the champagne hues and ruffled form make them feel very sophisticated. And as this is a KickStart variety, you'll to see some blooms sooner. A top-quality #1 rhizome may take a couple years before delivering perennial color. However, KickStart Iris rhizomes are bigger than the industry's top grade, and will produce blooms in the first year—guaranteed. Plus, they're already developing more stems for year two... or divide and share them with an envious friend. Also, we only selected reblooming iris varieties for this series, so no matter if you create a mass planting of Champagne Elegance, or surround it with other KickStart varieties, you'll have an extra-long iris season to look forward to.

So elegant and sophisticated, the subtle colors of this iris add refined beauty to the Spring garden. Near white standards are gracefully arched. The light buff, apricot, and peach colors on the falls softly melt together into a delicate shade. Ruffles dance along the edges of the falls like bubbles in a glass of the finest champagne. Amber beards sit quietly on the falls, blending nicely with the soft colors of these blooms. Enjoy an abundance of beautiful blooms on this vigorous plant that produces 7-10 buds per stem. You may even enjoy more blooms in late Summer, if optimum weather conditions allow it to rebloom. A sweet orange blossom fragrance adds another desirable element to this lovely iris.
