Flowers are large and bowl shaped, each one reaches 5-7" across and sits atop strong 24-36" tall stems. Like its contemporaries, Bowl of Beauty has a classic peony fragrance and lures beneficial pollinators, such as butterflies and bees, to the landscape in early summer, which is a big benefit to your entire property. Plant this bush type perennial in groups mixed borders, in flower beds or cutting gardens for the greatest visual impact. The showy blooms make excellent cut-flower arrangements! Carefree growth habit—they only require a sunny spot with well-drained soil. Remove spent flower heads to maintain a neat appearance. Deer tend to avoid. Zones 3-8.
