Product Details

  • Botanical Name: Achillea millefolium 'Saucy Seduction' PP20782;
  • Height: 18 - 24"
  • Spacing: 18 - 24 inches
  • Depth: Plant with the crown of the plant (where the roots meet the stems) no more that one inch below the soil. If you are unable to tell the top from the bottom, lay the plant on its side and plant about 1 inch below the soil. The roots will grow down and the stems will grow up.
  • Spread: 18 - 24"
  • Sun/Shade: full sun to partial shade
  • Color: These blooms open an unusual bright rosy pink and then lighten to medium pink, not the tan color most acquire as they age.
  • Foliage: Leafy stem, delicately dissected
  • Blooms: Early spring through summer
  • Flower Form: Numerous small flowers 1/4" across borne in terminal flat, dense corymbs. Mild fragrance.
  • Soil Requirements: Very tolerant of most soils but needs well drained soil.
  • Growth Rate: fast
  • Pruning: Remove spent flowers to encourage rebloom
  • Comments: This is one impressive Yarrow! These blooms open an unusual bright rosy pink and then lighten to medium pink, not the tan color most acquire as they age. And they keep coming the entire summer, especially if you deadhead. Sturdy and robust, the plant has a tight habit with the stems holding the flowers close together for a big show. Easy to grow and flexible as to soil type and water, but it must have good drainage.
