Soft yellow, bell-shaped flowers have very thick sepals that are red at the base. Dark purple stems and bright green foliage make the flowers stand out beautifully. Stunning climbing up a brick wall or on an arbor or trellis. Blooms from late spring to early summer and attractive seed heads follow. Reaches 6 1/2- to 10-ft. Potted plants. Zones 6-8.
