A chef's favorite, Italian Parsley is a must-have for the herb garden. Its flat, dark green leaves are easy to harvest and chop, and add a gentle flavor to vegetables, potatoes, eggs and other recipes, including your favorite Italian dishes. The leaves also packed with nutrition--and have more vitamin C per volume than oranges. This annual herb can be grown in the herb or ornamental garden, but it's also is a favorite for growing in containers and on windowsills, where it's very easy to reach and snip some leaves.
