Look like rubies in the canning jar
Reviewed By: Lori (Lancaster, PA)
I never liked red beets, but my husband does. Two years ago, we started planting this variety, and now I like red beets too. We grow enough to share with a neighbor and have enough left to can. Their color is so rich and deep, they look like jewels in the jar. Use them to make red beet eggs, or just to eat (pickled) out of the jar.

These are as advertised. They are delicious, sweet beets with vigorous and tasty greens. Our family prefers these to any other beet we've tried.
