Hardy is an Understatement

We planted this tree 3 years ago. Our neighbor, the golf course mowed it down. It came up anyway and is bearing fruit. Now to figure out how to keep the wildlife from eating my nuts before they ripen!

Small when received, about three years ago. Very fast growing. Probably mature height at this point. Last year there were about 2 blooms, this year I counted 22. Unfortunatly no pollination occurred due to inclement weather this spring. I am eagerly awaiting next growing season.

Fast Producer

We got this tree 3 years ago, and as mentioned it was just a trig. How-ever now in it's third year we have at least 40-50 almonds forming on the tree. It blooms very early, but is very hardy as we had some roof frost and it did NOT seem to stop the blossoms. I strongly recommend this tree.

i planted this tree about 5 years ago and it is doing great. when i first received it was a stick about 3' tall. in the first season apr.-aug. it topped out at 7-8' tall about the same wide. now it is about 12' tall by 12' wide. if you have an empty space in your yard and you want to fill it fast then this is the tree.

Beautiful Tree
Reviewed By: Niky (Durango, Colorado)
I ordered one of these trees a number of years ago and it has done really well. It is beautiful in the spring and is loaded with nuts in the fall. This is the first year this tree has not produced. We had really cold temps. late in the spring this year and none of my trees produced, but normally this tree is loaded even when other my fruit trees do not. I highly recommend this tree.
