Vigor produces the uniform, smooth, dark green leaves. Unlike Vates, leaf growth is very upright, making it easy to single-harvest for bunching. Can also be stripped of bottom leaves, leaving top leaves to grow. In mild regions, like the Coastal South, stripping instead of bunch-cutting will allow collards to produce all winter. Nearly as bolt resistant as Champion; much more resistant than the Georgia types. 75 DAYS.
